Sourdough Menu
Katherine's Sourdough is a home bakery which is located in Hagley, Stourbridge. We offer freshly baked organic sourdough bread on your door step. Our bakes are made of high quality organic wheat flour and 100% natural levain (sourdough starter) without any additives or commercial yeast. The fermentation process takes from 12 to 36 hours, which enhances the flavours and enables the nutrients to be more easily digested. Our menu offers country loaves every week and special bakes once a month. Why not give us a try? Sourdough Country Loaves
These sourdough country breads are made using only simple ingredients - organic flour, water, sea salt - and levain (wild yeast) to rise without commercial yeast, additives and preservatives. They are available to order for collection on Friday only. IMPORTANT: Please note that the bread is made to order, that at least 4 days' notice is required, and subject to availability and ingredients.
Special Bakes
We are looking at offering special bakes on a monthly basis as well as at local events. The specials in this section are an example of past bakes and may be a future monthly special bake. If this is the case its status will change to available. Only limited quantities will be available so order early to avoid disappointment.
